All students for the 2010-11 school year are required to have ON FILE an updated State of Alabama Immunization Card (blue card).
Also, the Center for Disease Control and the Mobile County Board of Health strongly recommend high school students be vaccinated against Hepatitis B. A Blue Card may be obtained from your family physician, pediatrician or the Mobile County Board of Health Department.
Students with expired cards or those who do not have a card on file will not be able to attend school until an unexpired immunization card is on file.
