Grade Level Offices

PreK-2

The PreK-2 Office (Room 104) is located in the Education Building and overlooks the fun-filled playground behind St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Upon entering our office, you will be greeted by Robin Robinson who is happy to assist parents with tardy/late slips, medical inquiries, and attendance questions. Parents may drop items off in the office to be delivered to the classroom. Our office hours are 7:30am – 2:35pm.

Grades 3-5

The office that serves grades 3-5 is located on the first floor of the Bedsole Building. Upon entering the office, you will be greeted by Mrs. Terri Sutherland. Students in grades 3-5 would need to come to the office to get early dismissals, five day prior forms, tardy/late slips and to use the phone to call home. Parents may drop items off in the office for delivery to the classroom.  Our office hours are 7:30 am-3:30 pm. Grades 6-8

The 6-8 office is located on the second floor of the Mann Building. Upon entering the office, you will be greeted by Ms. Leigh Schottgen, our wonderful middle school associate. Students in grades 6-8 would need to come to the office to get early dismissals, five day prior forms, tardy/late  slips and to use the phone to call home.  Parents may drop items off in the office for delivery to the classroom.  Our office hours are 7:30 am-3:30 pm. Please contact Ms. Schottgen at 251-461-2170 for any questions about the middle school.

Grades 9-12

The Upper School Office is located on the second floor of the Mann Building.  The two associates who manage the office are Mrs. Sandra Hudson and Mrs. Suzan Doggett.  While both associates can offer assistance with any Upper School issue, primarily Mrs. Hudson handles attendance issues and Mrs. Doggett manages Upper School Life issues such as uniform issues, student parking, class trips, etc.  Students in grades 9 - 12 need to see Mrs. Hudson for early dismissals, five-day prior absence forms, tardy admits and readmits for absences.  Students with questions or issues regarding uniforms, detention, or parking should see Mrs. Doggett.  Office hours are from 7:30 – 3:30.
