Each student has a declining balance cafeteria account. Students should use their ID to make purchases in the cafeteria. You can place money on your students account using credit card, debit card or checking account draft on Pay Schools Central. We encourage parents to access the website for convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pay Schools Central charges a 4.75% convenience fee. Neither MMI nor St. Paul’s receive any portion of this fee. Please use Pay Schools Central to view the last 30 days of purchases on your student’s cafeteria declining balance and purchases for free. You may also send a check or cash to the cafeteria to place money on your students account with no additional fees. Make checks payable to MMI Dining Systems. If sending cash, make sure to tell your student to place any change from that day’s purchase on their account.

PreK-2 COVID Related Changes

Dear Lower School parents and guardians,

Welcome back for the 2020-2021 school year at St Paul’s Episcopal School. For those that do not know me, my name is Alicia Kimbrell and I am the Food and Beverage Director here at St Paul’s. I am so excited to be back! This year we have a slight change in the lunch order process for the lower school. All meals will be ordered online and you can make payments via payschoolscentral. As we have done in the past, the lunches will still be delivered to the classroom.

  • Parents will be ordering monthly via a link on Microsoft Forms that will be located on the St. Paul’s website along with the monthly menu.
  • The link will also be sent out via email a week before the orders are due. You will have all week to make your choices and complete the form. A deadline will be posted on the order form and menu.
  • Accounts will be credited if a classroom has to quarantine due to COVID. These credits can be used for a future lunch order.
  • You can upload payments on to your student’s account via payschoolscentral.com. If you need to set up your student’s account, you will need their ID number which is located on their student ID or you can contact me. Also, checks and cash are accepted.
  • Please make sure you keep a copy of the August Menu for your records.
  • There will be a cutoff date and time for the online orders. For August, the cutoff date is August 11th at 5:00 pm. No orders can be made after that date and time.

We look forward to providing meals for your student from the Saint’s Café.

Grades 7-12 COVID Related Changes

Dear parents and guardians of grades 7-12,

Welcome back for the 2020-2021 school year at St. Paul’s Episcopal School. For those who do not know me, my name is Alicia Kimbrell and I am the Food and Beverage Director here at St. Paul’s. I am so excited to be back! This year we made a few changes to Saints Café in order to maintain proper social distancing and to move students through the lines faster.

  • We will be offering less options during lunch. They will still have a choice of a hot meal, grille items and pizza. Salad and fruit cups will be available but they will be grab and go only.
  • Everything in the cafeteria will be in disposable containers, including utensils and cups.
  • Students must have their student ID when they come through the line. This will help speed up the lines and avoid contact during check out.
  • We will still be accepting cash and checks, however we will not be giving change back if cash is used. The change that is owed will go back onto their lunch account which can be used at any time.
  • You can upload payments to your student's account via payschoolscentral.com. If you need to set up your student's account, you will need their ID number which is located on their student ID or you can email me at akimbrell@mmihg.com.
  • We will still be offering a limited breakfast menu Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
  • MMI will have a designated employee who will be in charge of wiping down all contact surfaces with disinfectant multiple times during each lunch wave.

We look forward to providing meals for your student from the Saint’s Café.
