Service Leadership Prepares for Tutoring at Callahan School For the Deaf and Blind
This year’s Service Leadership class will again travel to the Callahan School for the Deaf and Blind every Wednesday to work with the visually- and hearing-impaired students there. Each senior in the class will be assigned a Callahan buddy for tutoring, crafts, and playground time. In preparation for the visits, a group of four Callahan teachers visited St. Paul’s to tech the students about hearing devices, mobility issues, and techniques for communication.
