Grandparent Chair

Katherine A. Zarzour
Dear Fellow St. Paul’s Grandparents,

What an incredible blessing it is to be a part of St. Paul's Episcopal School! I am honored to serve as the 2022 Saints' Fund Grandparent Chair. Along with my late husband, Bob, I am the mother of six graduates and the grandmother of five current students – with more to come! It is difficult to accurately describe the impact that St. Paul's has had on our family.

There are many types of learners in the world, but St. Paul's has met and continues to meet each student's unique needs and expectations. I am lucky to have had the perspective of watching many different learners have their needs met academically, athletically, socially, and spiritually over multiple decades.

I would be remiss if I didn't speak about my favorite part of being a Saint – the St. Paul's family. My most treasured memories include watching children sing on the red steps, the music at Christmas chapel, seniors singing at Baccalaureate, Friday nights in the stadium, hearing the lessons learned during community service projects, and most importantly, seeing the impact on my children and grandchildren from being a part of St. Paul's caring atmosphere.

Tuition each year covers roughly 80% of St. Paul's annual operating costs. This is why the Saints' Fund is critical – it ensures that our students have this beautiful experience, which leads to their ultimate success. I wholeheartedly encourage your participation in this year's Saints' Fund, no matter how big or small your contribution, every dollar counts! The Saints' Fund is the difference between an excellent education and an extraordinary one.

Go Saints!
