Dear Fellow Saint Paul’s Grandparents,

 

How fortunate we are that our grandchildren get to grow, achieve, learn and develop in such a nurturing and caring environment as St. Paul’s!  We are extremely humbled and honored to serve as your 2023-2024 Saints Fund Grandparent Chairs.  We are the proud parents of two St. Paul’s alumni, Kelley Beville Ogburn ’97 and Taylor Beville ’01 and the grandparents of current students, Clark Beville (4^th grade) and Annie Kate Beville (2^nd grade).  The impact St. Paul’s has had and is continuing to have on our family is immeasurable!

 

It was in 1983 when our journey with St. Paul’s began.  Since then, our connections have ranged from parents to faculty to grandparents.  While each of those seasons are unique with respect to the scope of our involvement, they all reveal a St. Paul’s environment that is rich in academic excellence and opportunities for personal development.  St. Paul’s recognizes the uniqueness of every student and affords them a path and a pace to reach their full potential.  The abundance of opportunities in academics, athletics, fine arts, community service and leadership allows each student to shape themselves into being their best self.  The commitment required is substantial, but the reward lasts a lifetime.

 

We have seen the impact of having our children and our grandchildren attend a school with a firm foundation - one that is grounded in faith and steeped in tradition.  From singing on the Red Steps at chapel, to Halloween and Mardi Gras Parades, from Big Shows, to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, our memories are full of treasured moments that enriched and shaped the lives of our children and are now shaping our grandchildren.

 

Every grandparent of a St. Paul’s student has their own story. For us, it is “our story” that compels us to annually participate in the Saints Fund.  The value of the St. Paul’s curriculum and the developmental opportunities cannot be overstated.  However, these require financial nourishment to flourish.  Your generous support, whatever the amount, of this annual endeavor will help ensure that every St. Paul’s student will continue to be surrounded with this exceptional environment that is St. Paul’s Episcopal School!
